The teachings of yoga are over 5000 years old. It is essentially about a life well lived. Each time we step onto our yoga mat to practice we are symbolically acknowledging our deepest desire to live more fully as a whole human being. The grand gallery of yoga teachings (also called Sutras) go well beyond the physical postures (asanas) to help us on our journey in life.  Through the study and practice of yoga you may find the spark that draws you towards understanding the deeper meaning of yoga.  

For anyone going through a transition in life there are so many options out there to help you maintain or regain your sense of inner balance. I highly recommend yoga.
