We know that a regular yoga practice extends beyond the mat into our everyday lives by helping us manage everyday stress through the use of proven breathing techniques. Yoga also helps us live more fully in the present rather than concentrating on things we can't control. Better sleep is another benefit of a regular yoga practice.
During the season of serenity find time to renew your mind, body and spirit through yoga.
