            For example; if you started to meditate for ten minutes in the morning and ten minutes in the evening for 30-days you might find a new sense of calm throughout the day or perhaps sleep better.  The most basic meditation is to walk in the outdoors and observe nature. Another way to meditate is to sit quietly with your eyes closed and bring your awareness to the breath.
